Zumba Gold Fitness classes provide a fun dance-fitness workout with low-impact, moderate-intensity and easy-to-follow moves to zesty Latin rhythms and other world music.
You will feel welcomed into our community as Olga acknowledges you by name in each class! Zumba Gold Fitness is a specialised Zumba class format that offers modifications to help lessen the impact on knees, hips and ankles. Adults of all ages, shapes and fitness levels are welcome, including active older adults and those starting their fitness journey. This FREE activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active and Healthy Program. |

Fridays 9:30am to 10:30am at Pattison Avenue Park, Norman Park Hooray! Free classes now run through most of the school holidays!
No booking needed — just come along and join the fun! Who is this class for? These Zumba Gold Fitness classes are for ADULTS OF ALL AGES. Teenagers are welcome to participate in the class alongside their parent/guardian, however, this class is not suitable for children 12 and under. Find out why here. |

34 Pattison Avenue, Norman Park QLD 4170 Please note that there are NO TOILET FACILITIES at this park. A water bubbler is available to fill up your water bottle. Street parking is available along Pattison Avenue, Ferguson Road and Morgan Street. Meeting Point: Meet under the trees at the Ferguson Road end of the park. Look for the Brisbane City Council sign (as per photo above). |

Norman Park Class History
- This Zumba Gold class kicked off in front of the Seven Hills Hub, SEVEN HILLS in July 2019.
- In July 2021, the class was relocated to Pattison Avenue Park at NORMAN PARK. The new location is flatter, shadier and larger than the original location.
