Zumba + Lift Livestream Classes - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Zumba + Lift livestream classes, Intro Packs, and Class Packs purchased through the Zumba® platform and BoogieCamp.
These terms apply regardless of non-attendance, illness, injury, medical conditions or procedures, weather conditions, technology issues on the participant’s side, personal, work, family, or community commitments, or any other change in circumstances that may affect your ability to attend a class or use your Intro Pack or Class Pack.

Wynnum Class Passes are not valid for Zumba + Lift livestream classes.
Livestream Access & Technology
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
If a class is unable to proceed due to an issue on the instructor’s side, a replacement class or class credit will be provided.
Health & Participation
By participating, you acknowledge that you are exercising at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own physical limits. Please seek medical advice if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns about participating.
Participants are responsible for selecting weights that are appropriate for their individual strength and experience level.

Casual Class Booking
- Valid for one person to attend the specific Zumba + Lift livestream class date and time booked
- Valid for Zumba + Lift livestream classes only
- Not valid for pre-recorded classes or in-person classes
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not shareable
- Once booked, classes cannot be cancelled, changed, or transferred to another date
- A Zumba® account is required to register and make payment

- 4 classes for $24
- Introductory limited-time offer
- Valid for Zumba + Lift livestream classes only
- Not valid for pre-recorded classes or in-person classes
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not shareable
- No expiry date unless otherwise stated at time of purchase
- Classes booked using the Intro Pack cannot be cancelled, changed, or transferred
- A Zumba® account is required to purchase the Intro Pack and register for each class
- The Intro Pack may be purchased either during class registration or separately prior to booking classes
Zumba + Lift Class Packs
- Valid for Zumba + Lift livestream classes only
- Not valid for pre-recorded classes or in-person classes
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not shareable
- No expiry date unless otherwise stated
- Classes booked using a Class Pack cannot be cancelled, changed, or transferred
- A Zumba® account is required to:
- purchase a Class Pack
- register for each class date
- attend each livestream session
Other Passes
Wynnum Class Passes are not valid for Zumba + Lift livestream classes.
Livestream Access & Technology

- internet access
- suitable device setup
- access to their Zumba® account

Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre (WBLC) Membership Program:
Zumba Gold Wynnum classes are not part of the Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre (WBLC) Membership Program.
Zumba Gold Wynnum - Single Class: Pay As You Go (Casual / Drop-In)
Valid for one person to attend a single Zumba Gold Wynnum class on the date of purchase.
Zumba Gold Wynnum - Starter Pack 3 Classes (2026)
Perfect for new participants wanting to try a few classes before committing to a Class Pass.
Applies to Starter Packs purchased on or after 1 January 2026.
Starter Packs are not eligible for extensions.
Class attendance and expiry are tracked in the online Class Pass Register.
Zumba Gold Wynnum - Class Passes: 5, 10 & 20 Classes (2026)
Applies to Class Passes purchased on or after 1 January 2026.
Validity Periods

Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment.
Attendance may be refused (without refund, credit, or transfer) if a participant:

Zumba Gold Wynnum classes are not part of the Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre (WBLC) Membership Program.
- Full class fees apply to all Zumba Gold Wynnum classes held at WBLC
- WBLC members do not receive free or discounted access
- First classes are not free for WBLC members

Applies to Class Passes purchased on or after 1 January 2026.
Validity Periods
- 5 Class Pass – valid 10 weeks from date of purchase
- 10 Class Pass – valid 16 weeks from date of purchase
- 20 Class Pass – valid 26 weeks from date of purchase

- User-pays Zumba Gold Manly classes
- Non-refundable
- Shareable or transferable to another person

Zumba Gold Wynnum - Class Passes: 5, 10 & 20 Classes (2025)
5 & 10 Class Passes (2025)
- Valid for 6 months from date of purchase
- Valid at Zumba Gold Wynnum classes and user-pays Zumba Gold Manly classes
- Non-refundable
- Shareable or transferable to another person
20 Class Passes (2025)
Validity depends on purchase date:
- June 2025 purchases – valid until 31 March 2026
- December 2025 purchases – valid until 30 June 2026
- Non-refundable
- Shareable or transferable to another person
Class attendance and expiry are tracked in the online Class Pass Register.
Zumba Gold Wynnum - Life Happens Extension
Class Pass Extensions are available for participants who are unable to utilise their remaining classes prior to the expiry date of their Class Pass.
Extension Fee
- $25 per four (4) week extension
- Each extension adds four (4) weeks to the current expiry date
- Must be purchased before the applicable expiry date
- Expired passes cannot be reactivated
- Multiple extensions may be purchased, provided payment is made before expiry
- Applies to Zumba Gold Wynnum Class Passes only
- Not available for Starter Packs
- Extension fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Expiry dates apply irrespective of changes in personal circumstances
- Extensions provide an optional paid solution for additional time
Zumba Gold Wynnum - Class Guidelines
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment.
Attendance may be refused (without refund, credit, or transfer) if a participant:
- Threatens, harasses, or disrespects others
- Causes damage to the venue
- Is overly intoxicated
- Instructs others without permission
- Does not follow instructor instructions
- Otherwise contributes to an unsafe or unpleasant environment
Zumba Gold Manly - Terms & Conditions
Zumba Gold Manly - General Overview
Zumba Gold Manly classes are held on Thursdays at 9:30am at Drevesen Park.
Some classes are funded by the Brisbane City Council. On funded dates, no class fee applies.
A class fee applies only to dates that are not funded.
Please refer to the Zumba Gold Manly webpage for current funded and user-pays dates, as these may be subject to change.
