Please note that ALL of these Terms & Conditions apply irrespective of non-attendance, illness, injury, weather conditions, personal/work/family/community commitments, or any other change in your circumstances that may impact your ability to attend the class/session/course purchased during the specified timeframe.

Terms & Conditions - Zumba Gold Fitness & Toning Classes at WYNNUM
These Terms & Conditions remain in effect regardless of any changes to your circumstances affecting class attendance during the validity period.
- Full Class Fee applies to all Zumba Gold Wynnum classes at Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre (WBLC). These classes are not part of Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre's membership program; and as such, there are no member benefits for this class. Specifically, the first class is not free for members, and there is now discounted class rate for members.
- SINGLE CLASS - PAY AS YOU GO (ie Casual or Drop In Rate):
- Valid for one person to attend a Zumba Gold class at Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre Wynnum on the day of purchase.
- Non-refundable, non-shareable, and non-transferable.
- These Terms & Conditions apply irrespective of non-attendance, illness, injury, personal/work/family/community commitments, weather conditions, or any other change in your circumstances that may impact your ability to attend the Zumba Gold Wynnum class.
- (2026) WYNNUM STARTER PACK - 3 CLASSES:
- Available to NEW Wynnum participants only. Valid 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Valid for your first 3 Zumba Gold classes at Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre. Limit of 1 Starter Pack per person.
- Starter Packs are non-refundable, non-shareable and non-transferable. Not valid at Zumba Gold Manly classes.
- Upon expiry of your Starter Pack, any unused classes are forfeited. Extensions to the expiry date are not available.
- Class attendance and expiry date is tracked in the online Class Pass Register here.
- These Terms & Conditions apply irrespective of non-attendance, illness, injury, personal/work/family/community commitments, weather conditions, or any other change in your circumstances that may impact your ability to attend Zumba Gold Wynnum classes during the validity period of your Starter Pack.
- (2026) WYNNUM 5, 10 and 20 CLASS PASSES:
- Class Passes are valid for a specific period from the date of purchase, as follows:
- 5 Class Pass - valid 6 weeks from purchase
- 10 Class Pass - valid 12 weeks from purchase
- 20 Class Pass - valid 26 weeks from purchase
- Valid at any Zumba Gold Wynnum and user-pays Zumba Gold Manly class.
- Class Passes are non-refundable but can be shared with or transferred to another person.
- Upon expiry of your Class Pass, any unused classes are forfeited. Extensions to the expiry date are not available.
- Class attendance and expiry date is tracked in the online Class Pass Register here.

- Both 5 & 10 Class Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Valid at any Zumba Gold Wynnum and user-pays Zumba Gold Manly class.
- 5 & 10 Class Passes are non-refundable but can be shared with or transferred to another person.
- Upon expiry of your Class Pass, any unused classes are forfeited. Extensions to the expiry date are not available.

- (2025) WYNNUM 20 CLASS PASSES:
- These Terms & Conditions apply to 20 Class Passes purchased in 2025.
- The validity period of the 20 Class Pass depends on when you purchased the 20 Class Pass (as 20 Class Passes were only offered for a short period of time in June 2025, then again in December 2025).
- 20 Class Passes purchased in June 2025 are valid until 31 March 2026.
- 20 Class Passes purchased in December 2025 are valid until 30 June 2026.
- 20 Class Passes are valid at any Zumba Gold Wynnum and user-pays Zumba Gold Manly class.
- 20 Class Passes are non-refundable, but can be shared with or transferred to another person.
- Upon expiry of your Class Pass, any unused classes are forfeited. Extensions to the expiry date are not available.

- WYNNUM CLASS GUIDELINES:
- Class participants are expected to be respectful and considerate of others.
- If a participant threatens, harasses or disrespects others, causes damage to the venue, is overly intoxicated, instructs others without permission, doesn't follow the instructor's instructions or otherwise contributes to an unsafe and/or unpleasant environment, they will be refused attendance without any refund, credit or transfer.

Terms & Conditions - Zumba Gold Fitness & Toning Classes at MANLY
- A class fee ONLY applies to dates that are NOT FUNDED by the Brisbane City Council - check MANLY PAGE for these specific dates, which may be subject to change.
- Class Fee is valid for 1 person to attend 1 Zumba Gold MANLY Class with Olga (Thursdays 9:30am at Drevesen Park) on the date of purchase. Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another product, service or location.
- Class participants are expected to be respectful and considerate of others. If a participant threatens, harasses or disrespects others, causes damage to the venue, is overly intoxicated, instructs others without permission, doesn't follow the instructor's instructions or otherwise contributes to an unsafe and/or unpleasant environment, they will be refused attendance without any refund, credit or transfer. Terms & Conditions - Couples Latin Dance
- Couples Latin Dance courses are for adults. Course enrolments are per couple. There is no rotation of partners during the class so you need to book in with a dance partner.
- There are no refunds, no credits and no transfers to another product/service.
- Children are not permitted to be brought to the class (ie to sit on the sidelines). Many couples attend these events as a date event so they can spend quality time with each other away from children.
- Class participants are expected to be respectful and considerate of others. If a participant threatens, harasses or disrespects others, causes damage to the venue, is overly intoxicated, instructs others without permission, doesn't follow the instructor's instructions or otherwise contributes to an unsafe and/or unpleasant environment, they will be refused attendance without any refund, credit or transfer.
- Minimum enrolments with pre-payment is required in order for each course to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, a full refund will be made.
