Terms & Conditions for Paid Offerings

​Please note that ALL of these Terms & Conditions apply irrespective of non-attendance, illness, work/family/community commitments, weather conditions, or any other change in your circumstances that may impact your ability to attend the service purchased.

Terms & Conditions - Zumba Gold Fitness Classes at WYNNUM

  • A class fee applies to all scheduled dates. This class is NOT part of Brisbane City Council's Active & Healthy Program. 
  • Payment can be made by: 
    • Cash (upon arrival)
    • PayPal (by scanning the QR code using the PayPal app on your smartphone)
    • Paying online using your Debit/Credit Card
      • ​Please show your payment receipt (on your mobile) upon arrival​
  • PAY AS YOU GO (ie Casual or Drop In Rate):
    • Class Fee is valid for 1 person to attend 1 Zumba Gold WYNNUM Class with Olga on a Monday or Wednesday at 8:00am at Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre) on the date of purchase.
  • CLASS PASSES:
    • A Class Pass is valid for SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of purchase.
    • A Class Pass can be used at any Zumba Gold WYNNUM Class with Olga at Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre. A Class Pass can also be used at any non-funded Zumba Gold MANLY class with Olga at Drevesen Park (ie: where a fee applies).
    • Upon expiry of your Class Pass, any unused classes are FORFEITED. 
    • NO EXTENSIONS on the expiry date of your Class Pass will be granted.
  • This item is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another product, service or location.
  • Class participants are expected to be RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE of others. If a participant threatens or harasses others, causes damage to the venue, is overly intoxicated, instructs others without permission, or otherwise contributes to an unsafe environment, they will be refused attendance without any refund, credit or transfer. View our Community Spirit Guidelines and Code of Conduct here.

Terms & Conditions - Zumba Gold Fitness Classes at MANLY

  • A class fee ONLY applies to dates that are NOT FUNDED by the Brisbane City Council - check MANLY PAGE for these specific dates, which may be subject to change.
  • Payment can be made by:
    • Cash (upon arrival)
    • PayPal (by scanning the QR Code using the PayPal app on your smartphone)
    • Paying online using your Debit/Credit Card
      • Please show your payment receipt (on your mobile) upon arrival​
  • Class Fee is valid for 1 person to attend 1 Zumba Gold MANLY Class with Olga (Thursdays 9:30am at Drevesen Park) on the date of purchase.
  • This item is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another product, service or location.​
  • Class participants are expected to be RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE of others. If a participant threatens or harasses others, causes damage to the venue, is overly intoxicated, instructs others without permission, or otherwise contributes to an unsafe environment, they will be refused attendance without any refund, credit or transfer. View our Community Spirit Guidelines and Code of Conduct here.

Terms & Conditions - Private Lessons

  • All private lessons are held in the client's home, unless agreed otherwise. Should the lesson be held at an external venue, the client will take full responsibility for arranging and paying for the venue hire. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance of the private lesson location from the instructor. 
  • Upfront payment is required.
  • Private Lesson Packages must be used within 12 months from date of purchase. Any unused lessons in the Private Lesson Package after 12 months from date of purchase are forfeited. No extensions on the expiry date of your Private Lesson Package will be granted. ​
  • Due to the limited time slots available, private lessons are not refundable, not transferable and cannot be used as credit towards another product/service. ​
  • Should the client move location, additional travel fees may apply for private lessons held at the new location.

Terms & Conditions - Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers must be spent within 12 months of the purchase date.
  • Upon expiry of the gift voucher, any unused value is FORFEITED.
  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards Private Lessons; Couples Latin Dance Courses; and any PAID Zumba Gold classes unless otherwise specified. The Terms & Conditions relating to the service being redeemed will also apply in addition to the Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.
  • If the class/course/lesson exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the customer must pay for the balance with a valid credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-returnable and not redeemable for cash. Expiry dates on gift vouchers cannot be extended. 

Terms & Conditions - Couples Latin Dance


  • An enrolment for the Couples Latin Dance refers to the classes scheduled on the specific dates outlined.
  • Couples Latin Dance courses are for ADULTS.
  • Course enrolments are PER COUPLE. There is no rotation of partners during the class so you need to book in with a dance partner.
  • Trial sessions and single-session enrolments are not offered. All enrolments/bookings are for the full course.
  • There are NO REFUNDS, unless the course is cancelled by the instructor due to insufficient bookings (refer below).
  • There are NO CREDITS and NO TRANSFERS to any other product/service.
  • Any MISSED CLASSES ARE FORFEITED. You may however opt to purchase a PRIVATE LESSON to catch up on what you missed - this is at an additional cost and subject to the availability of the instructor.
  • Children are NOT permitted to be brought to the class (ie to sit on the sidelines). Many couples attend these events as a date night so they can spend quality time with each other away from children.   
  • Class participants are expected to be RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE of others.   • MINIMUM ENROLMENTS with pre-payment is required in order for each course to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, a full refund will be made.
