Great class lots of fun. Very enjoyable, exercises easy to do and great for my knee injury so needed something seated as can't get on floor so Zumba gold chair came along at the perfect time. |

Olga runs an awesome Zumba program. I particularly love attending the Zumba [Gold] Toning classes using hand weights as I feel I'm getting a really good weights as well as aerobics workout and Olga makes these classes lots of fun with lively music and sassy moves. Plus we're out in the open breathing in healthy fresh sea air (in Manly) - what's not to love! |
