Class History:
The Zumba Gold Fitness Manly class was originally funded by FSG and had been running for several years on Wednesday mornings when Olga took over as instructor from 27 September 2017. FSG unfortunately went into voluntary administration in June 2018. The class was taken over by Brisbane City Council as part of the Council's Active and Healthy Program from 25 July 2018. The class got shifted from Wednesday mornings to Thursday mornings from 31 January 2019.
The Zumba Gold Fitness Manly class was originally funded by FSG and had been running for several years on Wednesday mornings when Olga took over as instructor from 27 September 2017. FSG unfortunately went into voluntary administration in June 2018. The class was taken over by Brisbane City Council as part of the Council's Active and Healthy Program from 25 July 2018. The class got shifted from Wednesday mornings to Thursday mornings from 31 January 2019.
Zumba Gold SUNNYBANK & ACACIA RIDGE Classes
Combined Group Lunch on 10 June 2023 at Rocklea Hotel
- Sunnybank - This class kicked off at Les Atkinson Park on Saturday mornings in February 2020 as part of Brisbane City Council's Active and Healthy Program. From July 2023, the class moved to Wednesdays 5:30pm at the Sunnybank Community Centre.
- Acacia Ridge - This class kicked off in October 2021 under the Brisbane City Council's Active and Healthy Program. Due to injury and other reasons, Olga had to cut back on classes and her last Zumba Gold Acacia Ridge class was on Saturday 10 June 2023.
Zumba Gold INALA Class - From March 2017 to June 2023
Olga took over this class from another instructor in March 2017, when the class was funded by a not-for-profit organisation called FSG. Unfortunately, FSG went into voluntary administration in June 2018. With the invaluable assistance of Larry from Disability Services Queensland, we were able to get Brisbane City Council to agree to fund this class as part of Council's Active and Healthy Program from July 2018. Due to injury and other reasons, Olga had to cut back on classes and her last Zumba Gold Inala class was on Tuesday 6 June 2023.

Zumba Gold BULIMBA Class Photos - from July 2022
The Zumba Gold Bulimba class was launched in July 2022 as a trial under Brisbane City Council's Active and Healthy Program. As funds were rediverted for 2022 flood recovery efforts, Brisbane City Council could not fund the Zumba Gold Bulimba class temporarily between January 2023 and June 2023. However, funding by the Brisbane City Council's Active & Healthy Program is available for this class from July 2023.
Zumba Gold SUNNYBANK Class (Les Atkinson Park) Photos
From February 2020 to June 2023
The Zumba Gold Sunnybank class was held at Les Atkinson Park on Saturday mornings from February 2020 until June 2023 as part of Brisbane City Council's Active and Healthy Program. From July 2023, the class moved to Wednesday afternoons at the Sunnybank Community Centre.
Zumba Gold NORMAN PARK Class - From July 2021
The Zumba Gold Norman Park class originated in front of the Seven Hills Hub in July 2019. The class was relocated to Pattison Avenue Park at Norman Park from July 2021 as this park is a flatter, shadier and larger space.
Zumba Gold RICHLANDS Class - From July 2022 to June 2023
The Zumba Gold Richlands class originated at Mt Ommaney. The Zumba Gold Mt Ommaney class had been running for several years under the Council's Active and Healthy Program with various instructors at the Centenary Community Hub in Mt Ommaney. Olga took over as instructor for the Mt Ommaney class in July 2020 and the class moved to C.J. Greenfield Hall in Richlands at the start of 2022. Due to injuries, Olga chose to finish teaching this class on 6 June 2023. The Richlands class was taken over by another Active & Healthy instructor from July 2023.
Zumba Gold ACACIA RIDGE Class - From October 2021 to June 2023
The Zumba Gold Acacia Ridge class kicked off in October 2021 under the Brisbane City Council's Active and Healthy Program. Due to injury and other reasons, Olga has cut back on her class load and the last Zumba Gold Acacia Ridge class was on Saturday 10 June 2023.
Zumba Gold MT OMMANEY Class - From July 2020 to December 2021
This class had been running for several years under the Council's Active and Healthy Program with various instructors at the Centenary Community Hub in Mt Ommaney. Olga took over as instructor for the Mt Ommaney class in July 2020. This class moved to C.J. Greenfield Hall in Richlands at the start of 2022.

Zumba Gold WISHART Class - From July 2020 to June 2022
Zumba Gold Wishart classes started at Berkshire Crescent Park in July 2020. The class was relocated to Boorabbin Picnic Ground Park in July 2021. Wishart classes ended in June 2022.

Zumba Gold SEVEN HILLS Class - From July 2019 to June 2021
The Zumba Gold Seven Hills began at the front of the Seven Hills Hub in July 2019. The class was relocated to Pattison Avenue Park at Norman Park from July 2021.
