Video 1: Arm Lock "Hammerlock Turn"
In class, we added a Forward & Back in the Arm Lock position then performed the rock back and change sides exit. This video goes into arm lock then exits straight away.

I have not been able to locate a video for this one, however, here are the instructions:
  • For Followers, the footwork is pretty much the same as the cradle but the leader's arms are different.
  • For Leaders:
    • Start in two-handed hold
    • Rock back left, replace right then half turn to right (clockwise), holding on with both hands and k

(in class, we just kept it simple and focused on underarm turns with the leader just using his left hand to turn the follower and to turn himself)
