In class, we added a Forward & Back in the Arm Lock position then performed the rock back and change sides exit. This video goes into arm lock then exits straight away.

- For Followers, the footwork is pretty much the same as the cradle but the leader's arms are different.
- For Leaders:
- Start in two-handed hold
- Rock back left, replace right then half turn to right (clockwise), holding on with both hands and k
