Zumba Gold Fitness Classes - Berkshire Crescent Park, Wishart

Shake it at your own pace to zesty Latin tunes, spicy Indian tracks and more!
Ideal for anyone wanting a fun, simple and low-impact workout, including active older adults and low fitness participants.

COVID CLASS GUIDELINES:

Participants must register their contact details prior to joining the class.
Physical distancing rules apply - keep 1.5 metres away from the instructor and other participants.
Do not attend the class if you're feeling unwell.
Please maintain good personal hand and respiratory hygiene practices before, during and after the session.
A COVID Safe Plan is in place.

This activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of the Council's Active and Healthy Program.

EXCLUDING 7 April and 14 April 2021

What to Wear & Bring

Wear your workout gear.
Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel (optional).
As this is an OUTDOOR class, please remember to be sun smart (ie: wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, etc).

How to Join: Registrations Required

Each person needs to REGISTER their contact details prior to joining the class (ie first name, surname, email or home address and mobile/home phone).
Regulars need to re-register their details each 6 month block.
You can register ONLINE by clicking on the REGISTER ONLINE HERE button below.
Alternatively, you can register AT THE CLASS by (a) scanning a QR CODE and completing the form on your mobile or (b) by completing a PAPER form.
Once your contact details have been registered, simply RECORD YOUR ATTENDANCE each time you attend a session date.

Meeting Point: Meet on the flat grassy area near the car park
IMPORTANT: There are NO toilet facilities at the park.

PARKING:

Limited onsite parking is available (only about 6 spots).
You can also find street parking on Somerset Way, Berkshire Crescent and Wishart Road.

HOW TO FIND THE CLASS:

Meeting Point: Meet under the large blue shade cloth near the Scouts Hall on the Beenleigh Road side of the park.
Look for a bandanna-wearing instructor with a Brisbane City Council sign (as per photo below) and Active & Healthy shirt.
