Free Zumba Gold Chair Classes at Moorooka Community Centre

Zumba Gold classes provide a FUN AND SIMPLE dance-fitness workout where you can shake it at your own pace to zesty Latin, spicy Indian and other music from around the world.
This class offers a LOW-INTENSITY and LOW-IMPACT exercise class in both a STANDING and SEATED format. Participants can choose what works for them and can alternate from one to the other. The Zumba Gold CHAIR format suits a range of abilities – including seniors in retirement villages or living independently, as well as adults of any age who have a lower limb injury, have balance issues, are new on their fitness journey, or otherwise don't have the capacity for a standing class. This FREE activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active and Healthy Program. |

This FREE activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active and Healthy Program. This class is offered under Council's program for SENIORS called GOLD (Growing Old & Living Dangerously), however, adults of all ages are welcome to participate in this class.
