Zumba Gold Chair classes provide a FUN dance-fitness workout where you can shake it at your own pace to zesty Latin rhythms and other music from around the world. This Zumba Gold Chair class is a LOW-INTENSITY and low-impact workout with both STANDING and SEATED options.
You will feel welcomed into our community as Olga acknowledges you by name in each class! Adults of all ages, shapes and fitness levels are welcome.Zumba Gold Fitness is a specialised Zumba class format that offers modifications to help lessen the impact on knees, hips and ankles. Mondays 1:30pm to 2:30pm at Moorooka Community Centre
Who is this class for? This class is offered under Council's program for SENIORS called GOLD (Growing Old & Living Dangerously), however, ADULTS OF ALL AGES are welcome to attend. The chair format is adaptable to a range of abilities – including those with balance issues, a lower limb injury, or otherwise don't have the capacity for a standing class. |
