Zumba Gold Chair is a modified Zumba Gold Fitness class which is done seated in a chair.
This seated format is a great option for people who:
- have balance issues
- have a lower limb injury
- are overweight
- are seniors in aged care, retirement villages or living independently
- don't have the capacity for a standing class
