- Zumba Gold FITNESS & TONING Moderate Intensity Standing classes (includes three Toning tracks in each class)
- Zumba Gold FITNESS Moderate Intensity Standing classes (cardio only; no Toning tracks)
- Zumba Gold TONING Moderate Intensity Standing classes (includes six Toning tracks in each class)
How to Prepare for your Pre-Recorded Class
- Ensure you have adequate SPACE to safely do this dance-fitness workout
- WEAR your workout clothes and closed-toe exercise shoes
- Grab your WATER bottle
- For classes with TONING tracks, bring LIGHT HAND WEIGHTS such as:
- Zumba Toning Sticks (available online from the Zumba Shop Australia here)
- Dumbbells or Wrist Weights 0.5kg or 1kg each - from department or sports stores
- Small Water Bottles
- Optional: Bring a small TOWEL for sweat
- Optional: Invite someone to do the class with you for fun and accountability!

Zumba Gold CHAIR Low-Intensity Seated classes
Zumba Gold Chair is a low-intensity seated class which is adaptable to a range of abilities.
This class is ideal for seniors in the community and in aged care, and adults of any age with balance issues, a lower limb injury, or otherwise don't have the capacity for a standing class.

This is a low-intensity standing class, ideal for active seniors.

Zumba Gold FITNESS & TONING Moderate-Intensity Standing classes (with three Toning tracks in each class)
These classes are ideal for active older adults, fitness beginners and any adults wanting a low-impact and medium-intensity workout. Each class has three Toning tracks where you can use light handweights up to 1kg each (this is optional).
