De-zombie-fication
It's November already and it's heating up! That humidity is really starting to kick in. I tend to get into the Hydralyte when the humidity gets high, so I can replenish my electrolytes and get back to some level of normalcy (is that a word?), rather than my high-humidity "zombie mode"! I recommend you focus on whatever form of hydration and electrolytes work for you during these humid days! And you'll be pleased to know that all indoor classes are in AIR-CONDITIONED HALLS!
